Traveled with our two pups. House was really comfortable and functional. Fenced backyard was great when needing to let the fur babies out in the morning. Loved that we could easily walk downtown or to old mill, awesome location. will stay here again.
House was perfect for our family. Very close to the river trail for walking the dog and so many great places to check out within walking or very short driving distance.
The space is a perfect little home with two beds and a very efficient bathroom. In the bathroom there are pocket doors separately for the shower and toilet so although it's just one bathroom, it didn't feel like a bottleneck with three people. The kitchen had most of the basics we needed like oil, salt, pepper, spices, tea, coffee, etc and PLENTY of dishes. If you forget something minor but common, there's a good chance it's already there. Of note: both the beds are tall because they have drawers underneath (very handy). If you have mobility issues this may cause some challenges.
The location could not be better for walkability to plenty of great food spots and downtown. Home was comfortable and great kitchen for making meals for everyone. Will plan to stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay at the home, the check in process was quick and easy. We found the home clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Communication with Tami was very good, we would stay again.
My son and I were there for the weekend before he started his winter term at OSU and we absolutely loved it! Very clean and close to EVERYTHING! I will definitely come back and stay there when I come visit my son
Perfectly located in the middle of Old Bend and downtown. You can walk or bike to either location in 5 to 10 min. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, spices, oils, even some condiments in the refrigerator. Aluminum foil, plastic wrap, sandwich bags, and freezer bags in the drawers. Even little items such as safety pens, paper clips, scissors ect.I believe this is our 3rd stay and we will be back. If I had one complaint it would be the coffee pot, it is slow and small. But if you don't drink much coffee or like going out to get one then not a big deal. Oh also the bed is very comfortable.
We have stayed here before and love the house+location. Unfortunately this year lightening fires started just before we arrived. The air quality was very unhealthy & the trails we like to ride were closed, so no riding for us. On the third day we gave up and headed for home.
I traveled to Bend from Gresham for a wedding and this place was perfect. It was located 10 minutes from both my venues and also near grocery stores and restaurants. It is a very quiet neighborhood, or perhaps the house is very soundproof! Linens were soft and cozy. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. Tami and Craig are very gracious and attentive hosts. I didn't bring my dogs, but the back yard is fenced well for furry family members. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tami and Craig. You definitely made my niece's wedding even more memorable.
Took my family of four to bend for a concert over the weekend and we had the best time. The house had a perfect layout and stellar location. We would stay at this property again no doubt.
Such a wonderful long weekend at this lovely rental home. Truly felt like a home-away-from-home in a perfect location to explore all Bend has to offer (on foot!). Can’t wait to be back!
Clean and spacious with air conditioning great for the middle of summer. Dog friendly as well and within walking distance of dozens of attractions.

Why they chose this property
We have been coming to the Bend area for years and decided we wanted to retire here someday. We wanted to be able to walk to all the areas that surround our house. We love walking to downtown, Drake Park and the River trail.
What makes this property unique
We have enjoyed making this house our home and look forward to retiring in Bend and being able to enjoy all that Bend has to offer. This particular location is so nice because we are 3 to 4 blocks from Downtown, Drake Park, Columbia Park, Old Mill Shopping and Theater the River Trail, the bus pick up to Mt. Bachelor and Galveston restaurants like the Lot.
