Sometimes the best family getaway is the one where you don't need to go anywhere at all! We're so glad the spacious layout gave everyone room to relax and that the game rooms, indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub provided plenty of ways to have fun together. We would also like to clarify for future guests that this particular staircase features an open-riser design, an intentional architectural style that creates a more open look and feel. The vertical space behind the stair treads is open rather than enclosed, but there are no gaps within the steps themselves. However, despite these efforts, mechanical components such as HVAC systems can sometimes fail unexpectedly between inspections. When that happens, our priority is to respond as quickly as possible to restore everything to working order while minimizing disruption to our guests. We understand that having technicians in the home during your vacation was inconvenient, even though the repairs required multiple visits to diagnose the issue and obtain the necessary part. We appreciate your patience and are pleased our team was able to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. We hope your next visit exceeds all expectations.
