Back at the property, you'll have 20 acres of private hiking trails that connect to the extensive trails of Eagles Nest to explore right outside your door. Wander through peaceful forest paths, enjoy the mountain air, or follow the sounds of Buckeye Creek, which flows directly behind the cabins and creates a beautiful natural backdrop. Spend your mornings or evenings relaxing on the porch, letting the kids play safely in the creek just steps away. The gentle flow is perfect for splashing, rock hopping, and exploring nature. With plenty of open outdoor space, families can unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the simple joy of being outside together.
You'll also love being just 3 miles from Beech Mountain, a year-round destination for outdoor adventures. In winter, Beech Mountain offers skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and snow tubing.
