Excellent place. First floor in a quiet building. 2 blocks from the Cortex and its MetroLink station. I took the rail to a soccer game and baseball game downtown and walked back at night without seeing a single person—I felt very safe, and I know the reputation St. Louis has. I lived there for 10 years and went to SLU. Walking distance to SLU. A number of restaurants and cafes in its proximity. Same block as the Silk Road market if you need quick food shopping, a couple more blocks to a full size grocery store. Kitchen, bathroom were great. Very comfortable king size bed. I will definitely be back. I stayed a week after SLU let out for the summer, not sure if that would change how peaceful it was. I didn’t have the chance to check out amenities nor did I require parking since I used MetroLink.
