Quaint 2-bedroom lake front house with AC on scenic Coventry Lake

Located on Coventry Lake, this charming house offers a wonderful retreat for guests. With two cozy bedrooms featuring a king bed in the master, a twin bunk bed and a double bed in the second room, plus an additional sun porch with a twin bed and twin trundle, there’s plenty of space to relax. Two full bathrooms include showers and hair dryers for added convenience. Washer and dryer as well. Enjoy a pleasant atmosphere with heating and air conditioning to keep things comfortable year-round. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this home provides a welcoming space to unwind and create lasting memories. The free public boat launch is right around the corner. All water sports are enjoyed on this lake. No boat horsepower limit, however, 40mph is enforced. Great fishing and boating with a very popular 3-foot-deep sand bar for socializing with the family or with other adults. Minutes from Lakeview Restaurant, excellent seafood with seating and live music right on the water. 10 minutes from the Uconn Storrs campus and about 20 minutes from the football stadium. There is a lovely lawn space, a deck down by the water with a fire pit, swimming area and space to launch kayaks and paddleboards. Four parking spaces in the driveway. Dock space for a boat available. Pack and play and booster chair available upon request. Dogs welcome, however an extra cleaning fee is required for pet stay.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Set thermostat to 80 if the AC is on, 60 if the heat is on.

Place all trash from bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms, in the kitchen by the door.

Any house, community or town laws broken will result in security deposit forfeiture and subject local law enforcement or legal action.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There is no running on the dock.

Kayaks are not included in rental. You may bring and launch your own kayaks or paddleboards. Life jackets are required by law. You must bring your own
