This condo offers you a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean, and you are just steps away from the best beach and the largest beachside pool on Hilton Head Island!
This condo was recently updated, fresh, and comfy, able to accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring 1 queen bed, a very comfortable queen pull-out sofa, 2 kids' bunk beds, and a full, well-equipped kitchen with Keurig and dishwasher. The condo is well-equipped with beach chairs, wireless, and 2 new ROKU TVs for your enjoyment. For your convenience, if needed or desired, a handy ramp, no steps, and elevator is nearby.

This beachside community offers PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS, 3 pools(large family, baby, and adult only), an outdoor poolside bar and restaurant, and also an indoor restaurant. The community offers an indoor workout facility, tennis/pickleball courts, and bike rentals.

Cute little condo!! Perfect size for two adults although there is a pull out sofa and bunks if you have kids. Laundry was one floor below so that was nice and the beach was in walking distance!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of three. The space was clean and perfect for sleeping and hanging out in the living room space. The property is very nice, staff is friendly, and the pool and beach are excellent. The hosts were quick to respond to any problems and questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, with an easy walk to the Beach and convenient access to everything we needed. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We appreciated how peaceful the area was while still being close to the beach. We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was adorable, clean, and in the perfect location—just a few steps from the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! We particularly enjoyed origin coffee, shelter cove Harbour and marina and Benny's coastal kitchen!

We had a great trip staying here. The beach access was wonderful and the pool was a great option as well. The communication was terrific always quick to reply. The grounds were beautifully kept and there are plenty of activities for all!! I would definitely stay again.

We had the best trip here! It was perfect for 2 people. The unit was very clean and exactly as pictured. The hosts were very communicative always got back to us quickly. The walk to the pool and beach was extremely short. We loved it here and would definitely stay here again!

Walking in to this unit we felt the beachy vibe and comforts of home. It is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies for cooking and eating in. The owner provided a binder with helpful information about the resort and their Hilton Head Island recommendations. The owner is very responsive when messaging. The location is perfect, with a view of the ocean that is just a short walk down the boardwalk away. We definitely recommend this unit and hope to be back again.

We had a partial view of the ocean which was great. The pool closes extremely early…8:30, but of course there is nothing better than the ocean. The host was extremely quick to respond about an issue with the balcony door not locking. The condo was a great size for 2 people. There is a pull out couch for an additional two and two beds for kids that were cut out in the wall. I really loved the boardwalk to the ocean. Plenty of parking! I would stay here again without hesitation.

This was a good property for what we were looking for - a quick, easy to get to condo with beach access. It was clean and seemed updated as compared to some of the other properties in the area. There is not a great view of the ocean from this property, but I don't feel like it detracts from the experience. The biggest issue that I had with this particular condo was that the main bed was not very comfortable and it was very hard to sleep with the light coming in from the hallway, even with the curtains closed. All and all, would stay here again!

Why they chose this property

We chose to own here because we love Folly Field Beach, fun, sun, and amenities. The beach sand is pristine and walkable and bikeable. The huge beachside pool is the largest and most beautiful on the island. The community offers a poolside restaurant, often with live music and an indoor sports bar restaurant as well. If you do decide to venture elsewhere on the island, it is convenient to many things to do with restaurants and shopping close by. We simply love it here!

What makes our place unique is the OCEAN VIEW from our condo! And to top it off, you can walk to the pool and beach easily and quickly as we are just a few steps away from the pool, beach, restaurant, bar, and ocean. Also Island trolly service makes stops here and can get you around the island conveniently. is a great location! :)
