Greta location!

we loved having breakfast in the garden every morning. The fabulous outdoor shower! A few minutes walk from the beach. Very helpful host, gave us many suggestions.

Great value

Hans was an excellent host, communicating well. The house is fairly simple and there were a few problems, such as variable shower pressure but Hans was always helpful. The nearby beach is superb and restaurants, such as Casa Reyes and La Dolce Vita excellent

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und besonders genossen haben wir die schöne Terrasse, die Außendusche und den eigenen Garten, in dem unsere Kinder toben konnten. Auch zum wunderschönen Strand war es wirklich nur ein Katzensprung. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind in ca. 10 Minuten gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern war immer unkompliziert und freundlich! Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur wärmsten empfehlen!

Très bon séjour dans cette location conformément à la description, nous avons pu profiter du grand jardin, de la tranquillité et de la discrétion des propriétaires qui sont juste à côté.Le seul bémol, c'est la localisation de la maison même avec Google Maps.Heureusement, Hans le mari de Hilde, est venu à notre rencontre.Il faudrait juste préciser dans l annonce, qu'il y a un enclos avec un cheval à l angle du chemin de terre Caballeros et que la location se situe à gauche après une serre, au numéro 17.

Ich war mit meiner Mutter 8 Tage hier und haben es sehr genossen. Unter 10min schnell zum Strand, auf den Liegen im Garten liegen usw.Das Häuschen teilt sich den Garten mit den Vermietern, ist jedoch abgetrennt und es gab keine Störungen.( Nur wissenswerte beim Buchen.) Im Haus gibt es genug Platz für 4, das Kinderzimmer ist jedoch wirklich für Kinder ausgelegt mit recht kleinen Betten. Mit meinen 1,70 hat es jedoch ganz gut geklappt.Ausgestattet ist es mit fast allem was man braucht mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Gewürzen, Waschmittel, Öl usw muss jedoch selbst besorgen.Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Es hat an Nichts gefehlt, super sauber und gepflegt, besonders die Möglichkeit des Grillens haben wir genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und Hilfsbereit und haben uns auch auf Wunsch mit Tipps in der Umgebung versorgt...einfach nur Klsse. Wir kamen sehr entspannt und erholt wieder nach Hause und es wird bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein

Sehr nette Gastgeber und sehr schönes Haus. Der Strand ist nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und praktikabel. Es ist kompakt gebaut aber trotzdem gut geeignet für bis zu 4 Personen. Der Garten ist groß und man hat viel Platz um sich zu bewegen und zu Essen oder zu grillen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Absolute Toplage. Meer ist in 400 Metern erreichbar. Sehr tolles, gepflegtes Grundstück zum Entspannen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort vorhanden. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Trinken an der Strandstraße. Unser Lieblingsplatz war der kleine Kiosk Melchor. Hans-Jürgen und Hilde sind absolut nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder ;-)

Sonne und Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit Grill ( für meinen Mann), Spülmaschine ( für mich) :-), Gartendusche, Liegen, schönen Garten und der strandnahen Lage sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung, der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und unkompliziert, wir haben viele Tipps und eine perfekte Wegbeschreibung bekommen. El Palmar ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden .

Wunderschöne Unterkunft nahe am Meer

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, sehr schöne, grüne Umgebung mit Sitzecke, Liegen. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sehr sauber, gemütlich, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein wunderbarer Abschluss unserer Reise! Absolut empfehlenswert !!!

Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, wir kommen gerne wieder. Saubere, kleine Unterkunft mit netten Gastgebern. Wir fanden alles vor, was wir benötigten. Der Strand ist gut fussläufig erreichbar.

Einfach nur super !

Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthaltes nur wohlgefühlt und alles, alles stimmte. Die Vermieter waren immer und für alles ansprechbar. Hilfsbereit, fürsorglich und immer mit einem Lächeln. Aber nie, dass man sich "gestört" fühlte. Die Casa Anna ist ein wunderschönes Häuschen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Garten ein Träumchen und wunderbar abgetrennt zum Haus der Vermieter. Ausser dem Meer und den Vögeln hört man nichts. Ein kurzer Weg direkt zum Meer und auch ganz in der Nähe Restaurants und Cafes etc. Ich kann das Haus ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen, auch möchte mich noch einmal bei den Vermietern ausdrücklich bedanken. Ländlich, strandnah und Bars nicht weit weg

Die Anreise war strassenbedingt anfangs etwas kompliziert aber dank der prompten Unterstützung der Heidenreichs kamen wir gut an. Das Häuschen liegt inmitten eines gepflegten großen Gartens und stand uns komplett zur Verfügung. Dank der vielen Insidertipps unserer Gastgeber waren wir bestens informiert. Heidenreichs waren zurückhaltend aber immer zur Stelle, wenn wir sie brauchten. Wer Stadtlärm gewöhnt ist, wird die Hähne in der Ferne mögen 😀. Alles ist in Laufnähe und das lebhafte Städtchen Conil mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr nette einfache Unterkunft nah zum Strand

Wir haben im Oktober 2023 insgesamt 10 Tage in der Unterkunft Ana verbracht. Es ist alles so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber sauber und man hat alles was man benötigt, eigentlich genau so wie es zu El Palmar passt. Man benötigt gut 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Der Empfang vom Internet war gut und hatten sogar deutsches Fernsehen. Familie Heidenreich ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Highlight meiner Kids war die warme Aussendusche im Garten, die jedes Mal nach dem Strandtag genutzt wurde. Wir waren nach dem Aufenthalt noch 3 Tage in Marbella aber die Kinder wollten wieder zurück in die Unterkunft von El Palmar, das sagt eigentlich alles.
