Welcome to your lakefront mountain getaway in the heart of Dillon. This top-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers sweeping views across Lake Dillon, the Ten Mile Range, Keystone, and Tenderfoot Ridge, all from your private balcony.

The location is exceptional. Walk to the Dillon Marina for boating and sailing, stroll to the Amphitheatre for summer concerts, explore the bike path just below the building, or head to nearby dining and pickleball courts. In winter, you’re just minutes from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek.

Inside, the condo has been fully refreshed in 2026 with new furniture, updated fixtures, fresh paint, and all-new beds. The living area features a brand-new, comfortable sofa, cozy fireplace, curated art collection, and large windows that frame the lake and mountains. Smart TVs are available in the living room and both bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and everything you need to cook at home or enjoy takeout. A dedicated dining space and coffee nook make mornings easy and relaxed.

The primary bedroom offers a queen bed with hotel-quality bedding and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two full beds and access to a second bathroom with a steam shower, perfect after skiing or long days outdoors. A washer and dryer are located inside the condo for added convenience.

For gear storage, a private exterior closet just outside the front door keeps skis, boards, and boots neatly stored and out of your living space.

I designed this space to reflect the kind of stay I personally look for when I travel: clean, comfortable, thoughtfully updated, and perfectly located. In 2026, the condo received a full refresh, and each room features a curated art collection chosen to complement the lake and mountain setting.

Hosting allows me to share one of my favorite places with guests from all over. My goal is for you to feel relaxed, well cared for, and completely at home during your stay. If you need recommendations or have questions, I’m always happy to help.

Being directly lakefront, while still walkable to the marina, amphitheatre, restaurants, and the recreation path, is a rare combination.

What I love most is how easy everything feels here. You can start your morning with coffee on the balcony, walk to boating or sailing at the marina, catch a concert at the amphitheatre, stroll to dinner, or hop on the path for miles of lake and mountain views.

In winter, you’re centrally located to multiple ski resorts, yet you return home to a quiet, peaceful setting above the lake.

It’s scenic without feeling busy. Active without feeling crowded. And the sunsets over the water never get old.
