Woodland Hideaway: Luxury Cabin - Spectacular Mountain View - New Hot Tub
- ALL ADVERTISED "2 BEDROOM CABINS" features an enclosed (PRIVATE) bedroom on the main floor and an open loft (NOT PRIVATE) second bedroom upstairs sharing the floor with the game area. In other words, the king bed located in the open loft floor is considered the "second bedroom"; please understand, one out of the two bedrooms in this cabin does not contain a door that allows for any privacy from the rest of the floor. - Not a secluded cabin. Due to being located in a resort setting, there are neighboring cabins to be mindful of. - Cabins are easily accessible year-round as the roads are well maintained by the resort staff to provide stress-free travel to all guests. The resort features inclined roads that are paved, wide, and do not require special vehicles or four-wheel drive to navigate, however, should a four-wheel drive vehicle be accessible to you, it would benefit our guests to drive that vehicle when visiting during the winter months in case of snowfall, to be able to access other parts of town comfortably. - Offers an electric fireplace that is for ambiance purposes only. This fireplace is not advertised as a heating source for the cabin. - Furnished with Aspen Log Furniture to provide that rustic, but luxurious cabin feel. - Charcoal for the outdoor grill, kitchen spices/oils for preparing meals in the kitchen, coffee filters for the coffee maker, and clothes hangers for the closets are special items that we would like to point out that we do not provide to guests during their stay.

We dreamed of seeing Smoky Mountain in autumn!!!
Well, it worked, the view from the cabin's balcony was beautiful, the most beautiful we've ever seen. The cabin was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Brand new hot tub with crystal clear water. Very close to many attractions in the town! I highly recommend it!!!

My husband and I went for our Anniversary, we upgraded to the bed and spa package and they spread rose petals on the bed and by the spa tub! It was a nice upgrade! The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, and the view is amazing! They put a lot of work into making it feel like home! The hot tub on the deck looking out into the mountains was so relaxing, such a breathtaking view! I would definitely go back!

Nice cabin
Very nice cabin. Very clean. Great view. Never noticed the other cabins nearby. Loved the beds, very comfy. Shower in main bath is awesome. The roads are very curvy and steep buy well maintained. The only thing that was kind of disappointing is that the cabin has an electric fireplace. Would much prefer a gas or wood fireplace. Otherwise the stay was great and will book again.

Fantastic Vacation!
By far this was the best cabin we have stayed in. Your cleaning crew does an amazing job. Everything was spotless. All the comforts of home. The couch recliners, the fantastic dual shower, the amazing views...what can I say!!! We did have a slight bear problem with the trash bin. It managed to get it open to our amazement. Road to the cabin is a little steep and winding but manageable. Will definitely consider returning here in the future.

Norma,
We are so pleased that you enjoyed this cabin. It does have a fantastic mountain view! We appreciate the great review, thank you!! We hope to see you in the future.
Absolutely beautiful cabin, we have no complaints, everything was perfect. We would absolutely book again. We stayed a full week, both wishing it was longer.
Close to everything but far out enough to enjoy the quiet. Waking up to the mountain view in the loft bedroom was amazing. The kitchen is phenomenally well appointed. All you need is food and spices.
The chalet was truly amazing and perfect for the number of people we had in our group. The views were wonderful and we will definitely be renting from you all again.
This property did not disappoint! Great views from the porches. Kids loved the amenities up stairs and the community pool.

Thank you so much for leaving this wonderful review. We are glad we were able to provide a great experience for your vacation and we hope you come back and visit us soon!
The inside of this cabin was clean and just like the pictures! It had a beautiful view! The hot tub was SO LOUD, and the heating element didn’t work. We called the property company and left a message, we didn’t hear anything back so we ended up stopping in the office. After we stopped they sent someone out pretty quickly to fix it, but it seems as though they know this is a dud of a hot tub per prior reviews and our experience. Just replace it! Also, definitely not enough hot water, you can take one shower or fill the tube with 6 inches of water before it gets cold. Other than that, I would stay here again based on the rest of the cabin being in great condition!

Disappointed
We feel the pictures and descriptions were misleading. It was a small cabin, the hot tub didn’t work properly and ran a lot and was very loud; unable to use the tub as it ran out of hot water at 6 inches; the pool table and air hockey table was in poor condition; a lot the blinds need to be replaced; there was animal poop on the upper deck; the couch/sofa was difficult to get out of; it did have the necessities but will not stay here or in this resort again
I absolutely loved this cabin and hopefully will be able to book it again. The view was awesome, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the loft bedroom with the gaming area.. It was a nice ans cozy. It was perfect for our family of 4 and i cant wait to book this cabin again.
The property was close enough to gatlinburg and pigeon forge to do whatever you wanted to but far enough to get away.

Communication and Customer Service Matters
The beautiful view of this cabin was overshadowed by the lack of communication by Outrageous Cabins. We have stayed at several VRBO properties before and this was our worst experience. We have never had a problem while staying at other VRBO properties.
We stayed for five nights. Our Direct TV did not work until the very last night despite four phone calls. After the Directv was fixed on our last night in the cabin, a fuse blew and we were without power in our bedroom and without WiFi. This was unfortunate as my husband had to prepare for a business meeting the next day. Some of our dishes in the cabinets and silverware drawer were dirty.
The experience was easy. The email was detailed as far as the directions to check in. Less problematic. Really enjoyed my stay.

Loved it! Karen was great, so accommodating and helpful. A beautiful relaxing clean cabin with all the necessities you need. Unfortunately, we weren't there long enough to get to enjoy the hottub. I will definitely come back.

Nice cabin with great view.
A great cabin located in a somewhat crowded mountain. The view from inside was into a valley and opposing hill, everything behind the cabin was dozens of other cabins. Everything about the cabin was great, all the pictures and listed description matched what the cabin was really like. My family really enjoyed ourselves, And the location was good, only 8 min drive to get the shops in Pigeon Forge. The only reason the review is getting 4 out of 5 stars, Is because as the other review stated, the heart shaped bathtub, only fills hot water to about 6 inches before it runs cold. And the hot tub was great until it stopped heating half way through our trip, it was a bummer to us.

Beautiful cabin, gorgeous panoramic views
The cabin was beautiful and spacious. The couches in the living room and the beds were very comfortable. Large TV's throughout were nice and internet worked well. Most cabins have a pool table but this one goes above and beyond with the arcade and air hockey table.
The cabin seemed very clean overall except for a ring of grime at the water level of the jacuzzi. Aside from that, my only complaint is that the hot water heater is not big enough for this cabin. You can only get about 6 inches of water in the jacuzzi before the hot water runs out which is pretty much useless. The shower downstairs is very nice but again, the hot water runs out too fast.
The roads getting to this cabin are paved but they are curvy and steep. This didn't bother me but maybe worth mentioning to others. There is parking for three vehicles and I assume you could park along the road if you have more since it's close to the dead end.
Overall it is a beautiful cabin. I visit the area twice a year and this is one of the nicest I have stayed in. If they could install a bigger water heater this place would be perfect.
