The bright, luxurious Apartment 0.08 is located on the ground floor at the rear of the "White Pearl," facing the forest, and measures 59 m². It is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people.

You’ll find an open, well-equipped kitchenette with an adjoining dining area. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower. A grab bar is provided in the shower. The open living-dining area is complemented by a comfortable sofa that sleeps 2 people. The separate bedroom with a double box-spring bed is separated by sliding slatted doors.

Highlights of this apartment include its private sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) in the hallway and the east-facing balcony, which offers a magnificent view of the green space and the adjacent forest. The apartment comes with an outdoor parking space. This apartment is barrier-free in accordance with LBO regulations.


Complex:

The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and renovated.

The result is a first-class holiday property featuring 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square metres, spread across a basement level with underground parking, the ground floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground car park is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle,” and each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical socket. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the ground floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are built to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bike storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.
