About this property

Cedar & Glass • Fish Creek Architectural Forest Retreat

Wake up surrounded by forest. Cedar and Glass is a custom-built architectural retreat in Fish Creek where floor-to-ceiling windows, heated polished concrete floors, and a modern fireplace bring the outside in. Set on five private wooded acres, it’s a luxury escape for those who want genuine seclusion without sacrificing a single comfort.

Ideal for couples celebrating something special, small families who want space to breathe, or remote workers who need a real reset.

The space
Cedar and Glass was designed with one intention: dissolve the line between indoors and out. The result is a home that feels like a private boutique hotel tucked into the trees — quiet, considered, and deeply comfortable.

Mornings start with a De’Longhi espresso on the covered deck. Evenings end by the fire pit beneath the Door County sky, or curled up beside the modern fireplace with the woods just beyond the glass.

Sleeping
Three bedrooms sleeping up to six guests — two king suites and one queen room, all dressed in premium Parachute bedding designed for genuinely restorative sleep.

Bathrooms
Two and a half bathrooms with two rainfall showers and Malin + Goetz bath products. The kind of shower you’ll linger in.

Kitchen
A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances, premium cookware, and a De’Longhi espresso machine. Everything you need to cook a proper meal or just make great coffee.

Living
Spacious open living with heated polished concrete floors, a modern fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the surrounding forest. Fast WiFi (95 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace if you need to get something done.

Outdoors
A large covered deck for dining and lounging, plus an outdoor fire pit for evenings under the stars — usable year-round.

EV Charger
A Level 2 EV charger is available on-site for electric vehicle guests.

Guest access
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire home and all five acres — every bedroom, bathroom, living space, the covered deck, and the fire pit area. Two storage closets are kept locked for owner use.

Check-in is via a secure lockbox. Your access code will be sent before arrival.

Other things to note
Two outdoor security cameras cover the driveway and backyard for property security. No cameras inside the home. Door County Tourism Zone Commission Lodging Permit:1256343500.

Neighborhood highlights
Tucked into five wooded acres, Cedar and Glass sits at the perfect intersection of seclusion and access. You’re five minutes from downtown Fish Creek’s waterfront dining, boutiques, and marina — and within easy reach of everything Door County is known for. Come back to total quiet. Leave whenever the peninsula calls.

Getting around
Nestled in the trees, five minutes from the heart of Fish Creek — boutiques, waterfront dining, and the marina are all a short drive away. The rest of Door County is equally close:

• Baileys Harbor — 10 min

A thoughtfully designed and curated home with top end amenities. We stayed for 3 nights and loved the serenity of the setting and space. The house has gorgeous showers, a gas fireplace and fun games to play. Loved being able to make all kinds of coffee drinks on the espresso machine. Perfect place to stay and enjoy nature and decompress. Highly recommended!!!
