The 62 m² two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of Building C. It is designed to accommodate four people, and your dog is also welcome.

Park your car in the outdoor parking space assigned to the apartment in front of Building D. After a short walk to Building C, you can reach the apartment by lift or stairs.

You’ll be greeted immediately by the bright living/dining area. The open, fully equipped kitchen, a sofa area, and the ocean view through the floor-to-ceiling windows create the perfect holiday atmosphere. The sofa offers comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 people. There is also a modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a bedroom with a double box-spring bed.

The apartment is rounded out by the furnished terrace with a sea view, which invites you to enjoy cosy get-togethers.

The clearance height of the underground car park is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nude beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
