Welcome to your holiday apartment E-03!
This 70-square-meter, 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of Building E. It is designed to accommodate 2 adults.

Park your car conveniently in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by lift or via the stairs.

The entryway welcomes you with a large mirror and a coat closet and leads straight into the modern, light-filled living area. The open, fully equipped kitchen, an inviting dining area, and a cosy sofa area with a large flat-screen TV make for the perfect holiday experience! Enjoy the unique view of the Baltic Sea from the sofa! To the right of the living area, you’ll find the bathroom, which features a bathtub and shower, and through another door, the comfortable bedroom with a home office workspace. The room is furnished with a great box-spring double bed, another flat-screen TV, and a spacious closet. You can access the spacious balcony—complete with its own beach chair—from both the living room and the bedroom. A table with four chairs and two sun loungers invite you to enjoy the fantastic view of the Baltic Sea!

The beach is just a few steps away from your holiday rental! A high chair and a cot are available in the apartment.

All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an lift that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground car park to your apartment.

The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the playroom make your holiday a memorable experience no matter the season.

The clearance height of the underground car park is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school on-site with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The reception desk is located right on-site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
