Located just a few metres from the beach, Luxury Apartment 2.16 is on the 2nd floor of the "White Pearl" and offers 93 m² of space for up to 4 people. The apartment features a separate bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps two.

You’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a cooking island, as well as a dining area that opens onto the living area. The open-concept living and dining area is complemented by a cosy couch designed to sleep two people. The separate bedroom features a double box-spring bed and has access to the balcony. In addition, there is a modern bathroom with a shower equipped with a grab bar.

Special highlights of the apartment include its own glass-enclosed sauna (2.37 m × 1.19 m) and the furnished balcony with a partial ocean view, which invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air! The apartment also comes with an underground parking space.


Complex:

The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and renovated.

The result is a first-class holiday property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square metres, spread across a basement level with underground parking, the ground floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground car park is accessed via the street "An der Waldkapelle"; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical socket. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via "Strandallee."

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the ground floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

The ground-floor apartments, which face south, are partly duplexes and feature sleeping areas in the lower level with access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Lübeck (20 km away) and Hamburg (85 km away) are easily accessible by train or car.
