"Ostseerauschen" Vacation Apartment for 3 People with a Balcony—First-Class Ocean View

Overlooking the sea, the 50 m² two-room apartment “Ostseerauschen” is located on the ground floor of Villa Meeresrauschen. It is designed to accommodate three people, and dogs are also welcome!

The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful bathroom with a shower. The living area is complemented by a small, open kitchenette, a lovely dining area, and a cosy sofa area (with a pull-out bed)—the highlight is the unobstructed ocean view through the floor-to-ceiling windows!

From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious balcony, which seats four people—enjoy the breathtaking ocean view! A shared bike storage room is also available.

Park your car conveniently in the apartment’s designated outdoor parking space No. 5 (the one on the left). Through the building entrance at No. 14, you can take the lift or the stairs to the 1st floor.

Villa Meeresrauschen is located in the front row and right next to the pier in Pelzerhaken.

After just a few steps, you’ll find yourself standing right on the beautiful Baltic Sea sand, ready to enjoy the sea air.

The property is situated directly on the pier forecourt in Pelzerhaken. This means you’re not only just a short walk from the beach, but also from the small restaurants and beach shops.
Pelzerhaken is the perfect choice if you’re looking for a quiet holiday spot on the Baltic Sea. Even in high season, you can still easily find a relaxing spot on the beach, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. You can enjoy long walks and sunsets on the beach no matter the season!

Villa Meeresrauschen features a lockable bike storage room in the basement that’s available for shared use.

Your car has a permanently reserved parking spot on the property during your stay. The car park is equipped with a gate that can be opened at the push of a button or with your apartment key (for entering and exiting).

The clearance height for the underground garage is 2.00 metres!

Wir fahren seit über 13 Jahren immer wieder nach Pelzerhaken und werden es auch weiterhin versuchen. Es ist Luxus pur der Blick auf das Wasser vom Balkon aus ist ein Traum. Die Gastronomie gleich in der Nähe und ganz wichtig nicht störend. Ansonsten ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Egal ob es Nahkauf ist oder das Wasser. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Jahr, gebucht haben wir schon.

Sehr schöner Balkon mit Meerblick. Appartement modern, einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet(IKEA). Gute Ausstattung, auch Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer vorhanden. Gastronomiebetrieb bis in die Nacht mindert jedoch sehr den Erholungswert. Gastronomie im Haus nicht empfehlenswert. Ausnahme, französische Creperie, sehr gut!!! Strandkorbverleih Grimme sehr unfreundlich!! Duschwannenablauf war verstopft, wurde aber innerhalb einer Stunde zuverlässig durch den Techniker Herr G. behoben. Lokalempfehlung:Brodauer Eiche und griech. Restaurant Ambrosia in Neustadt Holstein (Vorher reservieren!)
