The 90-square-meter apartment features clean, modern furnishings, oak hardwood floors throughout with underfloor heating for the cold months and surface cooling for the height of summer, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows that create a bright, welcoming atmosphere. 

The centrepiece of the apartment is the large living area with a sea view, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, an oak dining table, a large corner sofa, and a flat-screen TV.

The high-quality kitchen, equipped with an induction cooktop and a stone worktop, offers an exceptional amount of storage space for all your groceries, making a visit to one of the restaurants within walking distance a great option for a good meal—but by no means a necessity.

Two separate bedrooms—one with a 1.80-wide double bed and the other with two separate single beds—ensure a restful night’s sleep.

So you can take a refreshing dip in the Baltic Sea even outside the summer months—or warm up after a walk—one of the two bathrooms features a small, elegant ash-wood sauna with a powerful heater.

The apartment comes with a reserved parking space featuring its own 22kW wallbox; the residential complex is sustainably powered by its own electricity generated through an on-site photovoltaic system.

The residential complex features a large bicycle storage room, easily accessible via a ramp, where guests can store their bikes safely and dry.
