The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn down the thermostat to 80 in the summer and 72 in the winter.
The HOA requires minimal noise after 10:00 pm—talking and swimming are allowed, but please avoid playing music to respect neighbors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking for two vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway.
Street parking is not allowed after 11:00pm, parking in the gravel area in front of the RV gate is also prohibited.
Security and Safety - Lock door and windows when leaving. Do not tamper with pool equipment.
