Property clean & had everything you could need & host was very available for any questions promptly. Beach was at end of street it was wonderful for watching nightly sunset. Would recommend staying here to anyone & would stay here again ourselves.

We loved staying at this villa so close to the beach. It was very clean and well stocked. All the other visitors in our shared courtyard were so welcoming and friendly. It is a great place to stay!

The unit was perfect spot for relaxing by the beach or by the pool. It was clean, well furnished, and comfortable in every way. The location, just minutes from the old town section of Venice, the pier or the jetty make this a perfect spot to vacation.

Very nice villa within walking distance to beach. The villa was clean, well furnished, comfortable and had everything I needed. The property manager was also quick to respond and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Villa, Great Location

Bright, cozy villa that is a quick walk down the sidewalk to the beach. A quiet, close-to-everything location. Beach was never crowded, in fact, had it to ourselves a couple of times! Very clean. Great time here in Venice. Thank you so much, we enjoyed our stay!
