Villa Vittorio is comfortable holiday home with swimming pool set in Rovinjsko selo, 7 km from the picturesque Rovinj with the beautiful old city centre and its various offer in sport, amusement and gastro facilities.

In Rovinjsko selo, only 5-6 minutes on foot, there is a shop, a restaurant, playground and other.

Villa Vittorio has a well-kept, completely enclosed property of 400 sqm with swimming pool, big covered terrace with dining table and summer kitchen, sun chairs and trampoline for the smallest.



Holiday home for 8 guests with a total surface of 150 sqm on two floors. The ground floor consists of an air-conditioned living area with equipped kitchen, dining table and sitting set, double bedroom with private shower/toilet and another shower/toilet. The first floor has two bedrooms with double bed, one double bedroom with private shower/toilet and a shower/toilet in the hall. There is an air-condition in the hall enough for cooling all bedrooms because of the thick stone walls of 80 cm. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

"Wir haben in der Villa Vittorio grundsätzlich einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und man hatte alles, was man zum Kochen, Grillen etc. braucht. Die Villa war sehr sauber und nach einer Woche wurden sogar unsere Handtücher gewechselt. Der Außenbereich gefiel uns wirklich gut und wir haben dort sehr schöne Stunden verbracht. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch ist die Anbindung an viele Orte, die wir besucht haben, super. Leider gab es nach ein paar Tagen Probleme mit einer Dusche (der Abfluss roch stark), so dass sie nicht mehr genutzt werden konnte. Die Vermieter wurden informiert, sie kamen auch prompt vorbei, behoben wurde das Problem leider nicht. Als großes Manko sind leider die Betten einzustufen. Ich habe eigentlich keinerlei Probleme mit dem Rücken, dennoch bin ich jeden Morgen mit starken Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht weil das Bett einfach viel zu hart war. Auch die anderen Mitbewohner waren mit dem Betten nicht zufrieden. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir eine schöne Zeit, werden aber aufgrund der Betten im nächsten Jahr eine andere Unterkunft suchen."
