Your tropical getaway is here in 503! This unit has been updated with a newly remodeled kitchen, master bath and new furniture and flooring! And of course there is no better place to stay than The Princess!

The large open floor plan means that the whole family can enjoy the beach!  The living room has a 65 inch TV, Blue Ray player and a sound bar.  The adjacent large dining room seats 10 at the dining table plus 3 more at the kitchen bar.  In addition to the living room, there are 2 beachfront bedrooms with direct access to the large balcony and the best views in Panama City Beach.  

The bedrooms all have new carpet  and new tile updates the remaining floors!   Bring your family and dine at the large dining table or kitchen bar and never miss any of the action.  The large kitchen has been completely renovated with solid maple cabinets, quartz countertops, mosaic backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The very spacious and open kitchen also hosts a wet bar sink with a separate ice machine to make sure you never run out of ice. The luxury master bath was updated to include new maple cabinets, quartz countertops, an air jet tub with heater and a double shower with 2 shower heads. This four bedroom, four bath condo boasts a 388 square foot balcony that provides a 180 degree view of the beach. On a clear day you can see from Shell Island to Seaside!

With the new carpet in all 4 bedrooms and all the updates that have been done, you are sure to enjoy yourself in this unit. And to make it better, there are large TV's and DVD players in almost every room for your family's enjoyment and surround sound in the living room.  This unit even has hair dryers in every bathroom!  Just bring your swimsuit and come on down!

This condo comes with 2 sets of FREE Beach Chairs with Umbrellas (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) from March 1 - October 31.

What a gorgeous condo! Plenty of space, large bedrooms, Living room, kitchen and balcony. All the amenities were included. Loved having the chairs and umbrellas on the beach! Perfect place and amazing layout, very spacious! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the condo with a family friend and their two children along with our own three kids. We never felt like we were invading each other‘s space because there was so much room and the four bathrooms were such a plus the check-in process was so easy. The beach with the included chairs was such a perk. It was never busy. We always had room for everything we wanted and never felt like we were crowding or being crowded by other families. The pools were nice, but it is a bit windy at the one due to it being between the two buildings. Despite that, our children played endlessly because it was heated to perfection. The indoor pool was a huge bonus because we had one rainy day. we love the location of this condo because it is out of the main drag area and we never dealt with traffic, wild people, or any noise at all. We would definitely stay here again thank you so much for having us!

Absolutely perfect. Location was convenient, but away from the super busy crowds, and traffic. Check in was simple, and when we arrived the place was immaculate. Each of the rooms had its own private bath. Kitchen was fully stocked with any cookware you could possibly need. Jennifer was only a phone call, or text away from any questions we had. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The condo was spotless when we checked in and the property management was excellent. Check in was easy and so was check out. I would like to recommend they update the furniture in the Unit. At least the living room, and front two bedrooms. The kitchen could be better stocked. Some of the cookware is peeling and some of the stuff in the unit looks like someone’s used and worn out stuff. The stove should be updated. It s flat top surface and all burners don’t work well.

This was a great condo in an excellent location. We loved the layout with the four bedrooms each having their own personal bathrooms. The kitchen was huge and very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare our own meals in house. The sunset views were beautiful.
