This 3BR, 2.5-bath beauty in Prominence sleeps 8 and comes with a 6-seater golf cart for cruising to the beach or heading to The Big Chill. Fall in love with: easy beach access at Deer Lake, bikes ready to cruise the Timpoochee Trail, a golf cart, and 2 resort-style pools.

🏡 Where you will be staying ~
- Prominence has everything! 2 resort-style pools, outdoor space, outdoor grills, easy access to the beach, and a quick stroll to The Big Chill. The Big Chill is a great family gathering place: entertainment like movies and concerts on the green, restaurants, and outdoor space for the family to hang. Perfect for evenings after the beach.

Beach Access:
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Closest to Prominence! It is under a 5-minute golf cart ride or bike ride West on 30A from Prominence. This beach access has 50 parking spots available along with bathrooms and dining pavilions equipped with charcoal grills. The boardwalk here is lengthy (about a quarter mile), There is a $3 entry fee per vehicle that can be paid with cash on site or can also be reserved in advance.

- Gulf Lakes Beach Access: Best for bike rides to the beach and is a 7 minute ride East on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. There are newly placed "No Parking" signs on the South shoulder that prohibit parking golf carts on the South shoulder directly next to the Gulf Lakes Access and Pelican Circle community all the way to Camp Creek Lake.

- Seabreeze Beach Access: Right past Gulf Lakes Access and is another option with available North side 30A shoulder parking slightly closer to its entry. You can park and use the nearby crosswalk to crossover 30A directly to the access entry.

- Walton Dunes Beach Access: 10 min. golf cart ride West on 30A from Prominence. If you don't feel like paying the $3 at Deer Lake, then this is our favorite beach. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. Walton Dunes is an easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is a good option for dropping off passengers and gear then parking in the nearby lot. The parking lot is limited, so getting here early is suggested. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride a bike.

- Inlet Beach Regional Access: 15-minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98. Community Pool! This is right outside your doorstep! You'll have access to 2 resort-style pools – the one closest to the home has a zero-entry and is heated seasonally.

✨Step inside ~
FIRST FLOOR
- Upon entering the home, you will be greeted with a welcoming, open-concept living space.
- The living room has a spot for everyone with an abundance of seating. With all these cozy vibes, movie nights in will be a highlight! The couch can sleep 2 people with the double pull out matress.
- Soak up the sun lounging on the private patio. Bonus - enjoy a meal (or 2!) with the outdoor dining table that seats 4 people.
- Cooking in the modern and fully equipped kitchen will be like a dream. This kitchen features a full gas range, a Keurig, a standard drip coffee machine, and an abundance of counter space. The island can also seat 3 people.
- The dining area is right off the kitchen and can seat up to 8 people.
- Also on this floor is a half bath, laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, and access to the garage where the bikes and golf cart are located.

SECOND FLOOR
- Head up the stairs and find 3 bedrooms!
- The queen bedroom is at the front of the hall and shares a full bathroom.
- Next is the full over full bunk bedroom, across the hall from the shared full bathroom that features a shower/tub combo.
- At the end of the hall is the primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite featuring dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

🤩 The Essentials ~ All Included in your Stay
- We provide a starter kit of everything you'll need to kick off your stay: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry pods, and more.
- The home has both a Keurig, an espresso machine, and a standard drip coffee maker, coffee's on us!
- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen – We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- Beach Gear: 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella

✏️Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit A). There is no street parking available, but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
