Casa Laguna 1 Sotavento Risco del Paso

In the Risco del Paso Nature Reserve, right on the most beautiful beach in Fuerteventura—Playa de Sotavento de Jandia—Casa Laguna is nestled among a small group of private homes. The Casa Laguna 1 apartment is located on the ground floor and measures approximately 60 m². It features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 separate double bed in the living area, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a living/kitchen area equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas stove, TV, and safe. The apartment is ideal for 2–4 people. It features two terraces: one facing south, measuring 24 m²; the other facing west, measuring 15 m². This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

Parking spaces are available directly in front of “Casa Laguna.” Towels and bed linens are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Electricity is generated by a photovoltaic system. Storage space for surfing gear is available.

Far from mass tourism, you’ll enjoy a unique view of the dune landscape, a lagoon that constantly changes with the tides, and the kilometer-long beach right on your doorstep. A dream come true for nature lovers, avid beach walkers, water sports enthusiasts, and sunbathers. Playa de Sotavento de Jandía offers everything to make the hearts of windsurfers and kitesurfers beat faster. Beginners can practice in the shallow lagoon before heading out into the wavy ocean like the pros. At the nearby Ion Club/Windsurfing Station, you can rent equipment or take lessons depending on the wind conditions. The annual Windsurfing/Kitesurfing World Cup also takes place nearby.

Relaxation and entertainment are guaranteed for families as well—swimming and swimming in the ocean or in the calm lagoon. It’s the ideal place to build sandcastles, dam up water, explore sand dunes, or fly kites.

A hire car is required to visit the shopping centers, supermarkets, and restaurants in Costa Calma, Esquinzo, or Morro Jable.

Great view, old House

Bed Not comfortable, No blindings, weird smell (drain), would Not recommend. No Microwave or oven. Lots of mosquitos. (Nets over beds!). But Well equiped. But the View is amazing.

Perfekter Ort für ruhesuchende Romantiker

Die Lage direkt an der Lagune ist einfach traumhaft. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man braucht auch an Küchenutensilien und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Immobilie ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das hat uns nicht gestört, zumal man die meiste Zeit eh am Strand oder auf der wunderschönen Veranda verbringet. Gerne wieder :-)

Super location pour une plage merveilleuse

Merveilleux séjour. Emplacement parfait pour profiter de Risco del Paso. Un seul bémol, c’est un peu rustique : matelas fatigués et pas de four.

Einfaches, sehr funktionelles Haus in Spitzenlage

Ein sehr schönes großes Haus mit hervorragender Lage. Freundlicher Empfang, zuverlässige Betreuung, korrekte Abwicklung. Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen dort sehr wohl gefühlt und waren rundum zufrieden.

Traumhafte Lage bei ausbaufähiger Sauberkeit

Die Lage ist traumhaft und mit absolut nichts zu vergleichen. Auch die Surfschule direkt vor der Tür ist super nett, haben hier zwei Tage Schnupper-Windsurfen gemacht. Ein Mietwagen ist ein Muss. Es war alles grundgereinigt, allerdings mussten wir sämtliches Geschirr vor Benutzung besser selbst noch einmal spülen, weil nicht ganz sauber und in der Schublade mit den Pfannen und Töpfen kamen uns Insekten entgegen. Das Moskitonetz (ein Muss!) war löchrig und wies Flecken auf und wurde auch auf Hinweis nicht ausgetauscht. Mückenspray und Ameisenspray unbedingt einkaufen. Genügend Handtücher vorhanden. WLAN muss man extra als Router dazubuchen (war uns vorher nicht bewusst), wir zahlten 40€ für 4 Nächte, leider funktionierte es kaum. Die Lage und Aussicht entschädigt für vieles, wer Surfen gehen will hat den perfekten Spot, auch für Ausflüge nach Morro Jable o.Ä., wer Komfort und gehobene Ausstattung sucht ist hier etwas fehl am Platz. Wir haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Vermieter ist permanent per Telefon für Nachfragen erreichbar.
