Welcome to Octopus Paradise, a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, 3 bath waterfront retreat located in the heart of Punta Gorda. With direct canal access with a heated private pool and gorgeous water views. This home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Wake up to sparkling canal views enjoy morning coffee on the lanai, and spend your days soaking in the Florida sunshine. The spacious open concept living areas bright and sun-filled, creating the ideal space for gathering with family and friends. For the boaters we have 68feet privater waterfront dock, offering plenty of room to secure your vessel right behind the house. Situated on a deep water canal with approximately 6-8 feet of water depth. You can enjoy smooth navigation and quick access out to Charlotte Harbor and the open waters of the Gulf of America. This area is world-famous for fishing-- Especially during tarpon season (April-July) where anglers from around the world come to target the Silver King. Snook, redfish, snapper, and grouper are also abundant year round. From sunrise fishing trips to sunset cruises, you can be out on open water in minutes, then return home to relax poolside at your private waterfront retreat.

We hope you had a wonderful stay! To help our cleaning team prepare the home for the next guests , we kindly ask that you complete the following before departure. Load and start the dishwasher.
Please remove sheets from each bed and place them neatly inside one of the pillowcases from that room. Please start a load of bath towels.
Bag all trash and place it in the designated outdoor trash bins. Garbage is Monday and Thursday nights. recycle is Monday night as well, it is the yellow lid.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I was very pleased with my stay and fortunate it was available because I thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the home, the cleanliness, the decor and the pool was wonderful overlooking the canal. Not to mention the location and closeness to many restaurants and shops. The host is very sweet and helpful and I definitely will be reserving again when I’m back in Punta Gorda!

Absolutely one of the best homes we have ever stayed! The owner was so friendly, the home was impeccable from decor, to cleanliness, to proximity of shopping, beaches, etc. We really hated to leave, everything about this property is exceptional. 5 STARS.
