Guests will have access to the entire property.

Private electronic lock on the front door to come and go at any time.

Parking allowed for only UP TO 4 cars. 2 can park on the Driveway and 2 can park on the street. This is historic district and towing is enforced. We have 2 parking passes that can be allowed during each stay (meaning up to 2 cars MAX on the street, otherwise subject to towing, and we are not responsible / liable for towing)

Early check in option available on request based on availability for an additional fee.

2pm is $75
1pm is $100
12pm is $125

However early check-in cannot be booked in advanced and can only be confirmed 24 hours prior to arrival purely based on availability, dependent on guests checking out at 11 am.

Our home is tucked into one of the most convenient areas of the city—just minutes from all the good stuff like The Pearl, the River Walk, the Alamo, Downtown, Legoland, and the Zoo. We're right off I-35 near Fort Sam Houston, with quick access to I-10 and 281, so whether you're flying in, heading out to shop, or off to eat your way through the city, you’re never far from anything.

And hey—if this is your first time in San Antonio, you’re in for a treat. The people here? We’re kind, we’re proud of our city, and we love showing it off. We hope you feel that same warmth the second you walk through the door.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed + attached half bath
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds (perfect for kids or extra guests)

There's also a full hallway bathroom so everyone’s got space to get ready in the morning or wind down at night without stepping on each other.
