We had the best time in the lazy river, going to the beach and the condo was perfect. I want to build me a tiny home just like the condo floor plan. Excellent place to stay!!!

If you rent a golf cart, make sure to get a parking pass for it as well. The onsite golf cart rental place will tell you that one is not needed, however the HOA there will give you a ticket without one.

Thank you for sharing. Yes, parking passes are required for all vehicles, including Golf Carts. The rental companies, do not know all the rules of the properties that guests are staying.

The unit itself was excellent. Very new, clean, and well furnished. The immediate ammenities were also excellent with the lazy river and the pools directly behind the buildings. We did not use the grilling areas, but they looked very nice. The only real detractor from the location, which may be handled in future development of the property, is that it wasn't very pedestrian friendly. You were on a figurative island with no sidewalks connecting you to the nearest complexes. Once you got to the nearest complexes, the pedestrian accomodations picked back up and it was an easy trip to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time. Love love how space is maximized esp with the queen over king in the master. Huge win. Would have liked more seating. There were 5 of us and only 3 had chairs to eat. Maybe put a 2 seater high top or low under the tv?? Mosquitos were very bad and were bad INSIDE also. We kept killing them. Maybe suggest putting something around to deter them. There really wasn’t an easy way to access the beach. Seems like a golf cart is the way to go but they are very pricey.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I LOVED this resort and condo. The only thing I wish I had requested is that the floors be freshly cleaned before our arrival. They weren't terrible but could have used a mopping. Everything else was GREAT! My family loved the pool and lazy river since most days there were red and purple flags. The price was very reasonable We would definitely stay here again.
