Condo has many amenities including free parking, wifi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooking utensils and smart tv. Quiet hours are from 8pm to 11am. Party’s, large gatherings and loud music are strictly prohibited. In the event that these instances occur you will be fined $500.
