Dog friendly 3 br,2 ba condo side unit, oceanfront pool

This side unit of an oceanfront complex offers 3 bedrooms and2 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, 2 TVs with internet cable (streaming), DVD player, internet and a private balcony off of the living room with limited ocean views. Complex has an oceanfront pool and walkway to the beach.

The master bedroom has one King bed and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two Double beds. The third bedroom has two Single beds. There is a second full bathroom off of the hallway.

Rate includes departure cleaning. NO SMOKING. First floor. Accommodates 8.

This rental is dog friendly. An additional fee of $175 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers.
