Nearby beaches are located in places called Krnica, Rabac, Rakalj approximately 15 km from the villa, and 40 km from beautiful famous touristic pearls such as Rovinj, Poreč, Vrsar, Rabac. Villa is suitable for renting in winter time because it has heating all over the house.
