A full laundry area with washer and dryer is available for guest use. The condo is located on the upper level and accessed by stairs only (no elevator). A playground and mini park are located right across the street, making it great for families. You’ll be close to nearby shops and restaurants, as well as the lake, scenic walking and biking trails and public transit. Utah’s famous Cottonwood canyons and ski resorts are also just about a 30-minute drive away, making this a great home base year round.
