Sanctuary by the Sea is a fabulous, gated community that is the perfect home base for your trip to Blue Mountain Beach on 30-A. It is well stocked and features 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, with 2 king beds, a queen bed, and a fun bunk bed set.
Enjoy 2 complimentary beach chairs and umbrella waiting for you on our private beach each day. Property also has 3 large pools, hot tubs, fire pits, clubhouse gym, golf simulator and theatre room. Fire up the gas grills near the pools or enjoy one of the many local restaurants that 30-A has to offer.
Whether you’re unwinding for a beautiful sunset or getting ready for an adventure, this terrific condo has all the amenities you are looking for. Enjoy your time at our perfect beach retreat.

We had an excellent stay at this condo! The place was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Kurt was an excellent host! Made the whole process easy and seamless. We also loved the property and its amenities with two pool areas, gym and access to the beach. The pool and beach was not crowded compared to other 30A locations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Kurt was thorough and helpful. The condo was spacious, clean and had all the nicest upgrades- exactly as the pictures depict. We loved the property, the gym, the pools and access to the beach area. We have stayed on 30A before but never this area. We loved that the beach wasn't as crowded as other 30A locations.
