The duplex Parque Santiago 3 is situated in a TOP location directly at the sea (approx. 8 metres as the crow flies to the beach) in a very well-kept complex with pool and fitness studio. All shops, restaurants, hairdressers, banks and ATMs can be easily reached on foot. The flat is on 2 floors and has a living room with flat screen TV, which receives over 100 international channels, a stereo, internet via Wifi, and a comfortable seating area, the sofa can be easily converted into a sofa bed and offers sleeping accommodation for 2 additional people.
The bedroom has 2 single beds (2.00 x 0.90 m). From the terrace you have a beautiful view to the beach and the sea. You can hear the sound of the sea on the terrace. Upstairs is the bedroom and the bathroom, the bedroom has a balcony with 2 sun loungers. The terrace has seating furniture, you can sit there in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset over the sea.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, as well as toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
The flat is ideal for a bathing and beach holiday, and it is also ideal for a long-term holiday. The complex has a very nice pool area as well as a gym. There is also a bistro by the pool for snacks and ice cream (for a fee).
