Tolles erwartet, Negatives bekommen

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist optimal und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider waren wir von der Sauberkeit in der Wohnung mehr als enttäuscht. Wenn man 160,00 Euro Endreinigung bezahlt, erwartet man auch eine saubere Wohnung vorzufinden und nicht vom Vorgänger oder noch davor Unterhosen hinter der Heizung zu finden. Extrem staubige Ecken bzw. überall Spinnweben. Einen extrem schmutzigen Backofen, eine unsaubere Ansicht der Küche sowie einen nicht gewischten Fußboden in Küche. Kotspuren in den Badezimmern an Wand und Fußboden, defekte Steckdose im Wohnzimmer und das mit Kleinkindern. Eine nicht sehr stark riechende Spülmaschine. Laut Buchung sollten wir 3 Badezimmer und ein Gäste-WC in der Wohnung haben. Vorgefunden jedoch nur 2 Badezimmer und 1 Gästezimmer. Jedoch die Aufteilung der Wohnung, die Größe der Wohnung und die Größe des Gartens optimal.
