Welcome to Apartment 87 in Building 2 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten”!<br>This modern and cosy apartment on the 9th floor, with its fantastic ocean view, is perfect for your holiday—whether you’re travelling as a couple, a group of three, or a group of four. The magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the lovingly furnished apartment are sure to leave you with happy holiday memories to take back with you to your everyday life.<br><br>The apartment features a cosy double bed (160×200 cm) in the living area (separated by a curtain) as well as a separate bedroom with a pull-out single bed (2×80×200 cm). <br>The cosy, spacious sofa corner provides plenty of room for relaxing evenings. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system are available for your entertainment. From the living area, you can step out onto the comfortably furnished balcony. Enjoy breakfast in the sun at the balcony table with a stunning view of the sparkling sea. The balcony is perfect for sunbathing until late afternoon. <br><br>The small bathroom was renovated in 2022 to a high-quality, modern standard in warm earth tones: The large shower features an extra-low entry and a glass shower enclosure. An illuminated mirror cabinet, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer provide additional comfort.<br><br>The kitchen is functionally equipped: The small corner kitchen features an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, and all the necessary appliances for cooking and dining. You can enjoy your meals at the large dining table. <br><br>The separate bedroom with a window features another flat-screen TV. From here, too, you have a direct view of the sea. The single bed (80 × 200 cm) can be pulled out to form a double bed (2 × 80 × 200 cm), allowing up to two people to spend comfortable nights here in complete relaxation.<br><br>The apartment’s low-maintenance floors are tiled and vinyl.<br><br>***Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here. If you smoke on the balcony, please make sure the smoke does not drift into the apartment***<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Vier Jahreszeiten” holiday complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories high—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.<br>The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade. <br>In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex. <br>A large car park with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.<br><br>The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
