The Space:

From the top floor, you feel the ocean breeze drift through open interiors while the sound of waves becomes part of your daily rhythm.



The Space

This oceanfront penthouse is positioned on the top floor, offering privacy and uninterrupted views across the water. Inside, sun-filled living areas are oriented toward the sea, creating a natural connection between indoors and out. Central air conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round, and room-darkening shades allow for restful sleep after full days by the coast. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door provides separation when remote work calls, and Wifi supports streaming, browsing, or staying connected.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen offers space to cook your own meals, complete with a dining table for gathering together. A refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, and blender are available, along with cooking basics and barbecue utensils. Whether you prepare breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoy a relaxed dinner indoors, everything is set for easy meals at home. A trash compactor and wine glasses add convenience to longer stays.



Outdoor Living

The large private patio or balcony opens to panoramic ocean views and features outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, a hammock, and sun loungers. A private spa-pool overlooks the shoreline, creating a peaceful setting any time of day. Guests also have access to an outdoor pool within the condominium and resort access to nearby shared facilities. Private beach access makes it simple to move between the terrace and the sand. Beach essentials, bikes, and a kayak are available to support time by the water, and a private BBQ grill can be reserved in advance.



Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms

With 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, the layout is suited for groups or families traveling together. Bathroom essentials are provided, along with a bathtub and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. A free washer - in unit - makes longer stays comfortable, and clothing storage, hangers, and an iron help keep everything organized.



Additional Amenities

Free parking garage on premises is available, and self check-in with a keypad allows for flexible arrival. Luggage dropoff allowed can make early arrivals or late departures easier to manage. Long term stays allowed - 28 days or more - and cleaning available during stay offer added flexibility.

Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20 * dlls extra per person per night.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
