Our cosy, well-appointed holiday apartment, “Marthe’s Seeblick,” with two balconies, is located right on the Warnemünde promenade. From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent, unobstructed view of the beach and the Baltic Sea. You’re sure to enjoy your holiday. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 metres from the Baltic Sea beach.

From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent unobstructed view of the beach and the Baltic Sea. The elegant two-room holiday apartment “Marthe’s Seeblick,” located on the ground floor, is approximately 71 square metres in size, designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people, and fully equipped with hardwood floors and underfloor heating. The spacious living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, an LCD TV, and a radio/CD/DVD player. The bedroom features a double bed, and a travel cot can be provided upon request. Enjoy the sunset by the sea. The large bathroom features a bathtub, a shower stall, and a hair dryer. Two west-facing balconies are perfect for breakfast and dinner—one with a direct view of the sea, and one overlooking the spa gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The apartment is easily accessible by lift. A small storage room is available for use within the apartment. This holiday rental is reserved for non-smokers.

The initial amenities provided include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

Bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

At Parkstr. 31, you can rent a parking space from us starting at 6 €/night (if available).
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent locked
parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night (if available).

Tourist tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Apprentices, schoolchildren, students, and severely disabled persons 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered in the disability register
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference participants, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
