Absolutely beautiful

We’ve stayed in loads of places around croatia, and this by far is the best. Hosts are fantastic, incredibly helpful. The property is really easy to stay in, very comfortable, great outdoor area with spectacular pool. Couple of minutes walk from all amenities, including restaurants and beach. Would we come back and stayed there again. Absolutely Loads of love from the UK

Title: Immaculate Villa, Outstanding Hosts – A Perfect Base to Explore IstriaWe had a wonderful stay at this villa – it was absolutely perfect in terms of quality and comfort. In fact, the villa exceeded our expectations and was even better than described. The furnishings, layout, and attention to detail were of the highest standard. The outdoor space was a real highlight – the swimming pool and hot tub were both outstanding and provided a perfect way to relax and enjoy the Croatian sunshine. Our hosts were exceptional – friendly, helpful, and generous. A special mention to Dennis, who went above and beyond by giving us a lift into Pula and back so we could attend the Bryan Adams concert – an unforgettable gesture that really made our holiday. The villa is in a reasonably quiet residential area. We did experience some loud music from a neighbouring property one afternoon, but the owners responded swiftly, and it was resolved quickly and professionally. This is a great base for exploring Istria – Pula, Rovinj, and many beautiful coastal and inland towns are all within easy reach by car. While the villa itself was perfect, we found Medulin wasn’t quite to our taste – there’s no traditional beach, and the town felt less characterful compared to neighbouring areas such as Rovinj. That’s simply a matter of personal preference, and others may well enjoy its more low-key, relaxed atmosphere.

Thank you so much for your wonderful and detailed review! We're thrilled that you enjoyed your stay and that Villa Maris met, and even exceeded, your expectations. We're especially happy to hear that you appreciated our efforts in furnishing and paying attention to detail, as well as that you enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and jacuzzi. We also appreciate your kind words about our service. We're glad that we were able to make your stay more pleasant, even with the ride to the concert. Thank you as well for your honest feedback about Medulin. We understand that every guest has their own preferences, and we hope that despite that, you enjoyed exploring beautiful Istria. It was a pleasure to host you, and we sincerely hope you'll return! Warm regards, Marina & Denis

Dear Lisa-Marie, Thank You for such positive words and we are glad You enjoyed Your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you had one night with the neighbor guests. It was a group of guests celebrating a birthday. Nuisance like that is not common or usual. We look forward to welcoming You again. Kind regards, Marina & Denis
