Our Villa sits on a peaceful lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. We have open-concept living room/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, lanai area that are all filled with natural light. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine outside on the back covered patio. You will also enjoy chilling out on the large comfy sectional sofa in front of the 75" smart TV. (Netflix Included) Fully Equipped Kitchen - This kitchen has everything you need from cookware to serving ware, plates, cups, utensils etc. The backyard is a vacation in itself — fully fenced and private, with plenty of seating and activities: such as a putting green, new Weber grill and large dining area. Primary Suite: KING bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, spacious closet, and smart TV. Second Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, and smart TV, also with its own en-suite bathroom that is a tub/shower combo. On the Lanai you will find lots of board games and books. This room is perfect for staying inside but fully glassed in so you can enjoy the view while playing games. The round table in there is perfect for playing cards. The chairs are so comfortable, they rock and are on wheels. We have everything you need to enjoy a perfect Village Vacation!

Ken and Rachel went above and beyond to have everything we needed for a great stay. The little extras didn't go unnoticed. The game room was great to have on our rainy afternoon. Super clean beautiful home, great location, and having a golf cart included was a big plus. They were so prompt with any communication back and forth. We would absolutely book again. Thank you for making our family getaway relaxing and enjoyable.
