Sleeps 20+ with 3 Queen beds, 2 single beds, 3 bunk beds (each with Trundle) -- sleeps 17 on adult mattresses, 2 couches and 2 recliners allow additional sleeping. Brick Fireplace walls on all 3 levels make this home unique. Two bathrooms with Jacuzzi. The Open Floor Plan with Kitchen island between Living Room and Dining Room makes a great conversational area, as does the Fireplace room. Five bdrms with Game Room overflow "nook" (as a 6th) which has a bunk bed and trundle. The Game room has air hockey and foosball tables - each plays 4. Dining room table has 10 chairs - island counter-top seats 6 - and Living Room seats a few allowing many to eat simultaneously. Deck has table & 6 chairs and the Patio has another table and 6 chairs. The patio has 2 BBQ's and twin swing-rocking chairs. Over 40 big bath towels total in stair closet and both bathrooms. Stair closet has house and guest supplies -- pillows, comforters, blankets, sheets, towels, paper plates + cups, kleenex -- bath + shower supplies -- extra razors and toothbrushes, if you forgot. .......... Fire extinguisher - under kitchen sink and in front closet next to garage.
Cameras outside provide additional security. Park in the driveway, because the City does not allow street parking at night. Do not park on Grass. EXCEPTION: two parking stalls on north side of garage can be used to park extra vehicles. Many Adult Books (Bdrm #2 and #4) and Children books available. Kids toys and board games help entertain (Bdrm #3 closet). The Pack-n-Play crib, (Toddler Cot 24"x48"x 8" high) and baby high chair with booster chairs provide help for young children and families.
