This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo (sleeps 1–6 max) features a massive 7x22 ft. furnished balcony with sweeping beach views, stunning sunrises, and dolphin sightings. Enjoy direct beach access, walk to piers, dining, shops, and the SkyWheel. Resort perks include indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs, kiddie splash pool, fire pit, Starbucks, and free parking. No parties, pets, or smoking.
The Space:
Enter effortlessly with keyless entry and four convenient nearby elevators. The master bedroom features a brand new king sized bed with soft and firm pillows, a closet with hangers, iron, ironing board, a desk with mirror, additional lighting, TV, nightstands with storage, and direct sliding door access to the balcony. Pull open the room darkening curtains to enjoy a beautiful sunrise view right from bed, or sleep with the door open to hear the sounds of the ocean. The guest bedroom offers two brand-new queen beds, a large closet with hangers, extra blankets, soft and firm pillows, a dresser, full-length LED lighted mirror, and board games for family fun. Both bedrooms have wall mounted TV’s. Complementary Wifi included throughout the condo. The open living room is bright, airy, and inviting, with an oversized performance-fabric sectional sofa, upholstered swivel chair, an 80-inch electric fireplace, coffered ceilings with LED lights, a ceiling fan, and sliding doors to the balcony. The 55” Roku TV is inset into a shiplap accent wall. The TV’s are all in “Guest Mode”, which allows you to easily and securely sign in to access your own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or other accounts just like at home. The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel sink, and appliances including a microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator with filtered water and ice. This is a cooks kitchen, fully stocked with utensils and small appliances, everything you’ll need to make amazing meals! Gather for meals at the dining table set for six under an elegant chandelier. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated with new custom tiled showers, LED lighted mirrors, vent fans, modern easy-clean toilets, hair dryers, plush towels, shower mats, laundry basket, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, extra toilet paper, plunger, and toilet brush. A dedicated laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, and cleaning supplies such as vacuum, broom, and mop. For your safety and peace of mind, the unit is equipped with 4 smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, 2 fire extinguishers, first aid kit, key card resort entry doors, and onsite resort security staff. Guest Access:
Arrival: Upon first arrival, guests may need to follow another guest into the main entrance to gain initial access or enter through the lobby. Bay View Access: Key Cards to access the Bay View Resort, Parking. Garage Pass & Pool Wrist Bands are located inside the condo, on the table in the entryway. Condo Entry: A door code is provided prior to arrival for entry into the condo. Electronic Key Pad: To lock the door, press the lock button on the key pad. If the lock jams or an incorrect code is entered, press the LOCK button to reset, wait 5 seconds, then re-enter the code. Parking: Guests should park briefly in the 15 minute loading/unloading zone (vehicles will be towed if parked longer). There are carts available & 4 elevators. After unloading, vehicles must be parked in the Bay View Resort Parking Garage located across the street with the parking pass clearly visible.

Enjoy walks on the beach, dips in the pools, and dining options right on site thanks to the property's handy location just feet from the beach. Market Common, IMAX Theatre, Ripley's Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach are all within a short drive away. A short drive gets you to many of the area's well-known restaurants, retail stores, golf courses, and attractions.

We take safety and guest comfort extremely seriously.
There is a full bottle of dishwasher detergent provided under the sink.
The property has two fire extinguishers: one under the sink and an additional one near the HVAC unit (the HVAC area is not locked; the extinguisher is secured with a simple hook and eye).
While we do not provide paper towels, dish towels are available for all guests.
Safety equipment throughout the unit includes:
Smoke and fire detectors in all bedrooms and common areas
A carbon monoxide detector
A first aid kit
A fire sprinkler system in every room (Bayview)
We have gone above and beyond to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
We strive for transparency and want every guest to feel secure, informed, and confident during their stay.
Please DO NOT SMOKE , vape or use illegal substances inside the condo, balcony or hallways. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged. Bay View Resort does NOT allow guest pets. Treat the condo with care & respect, leaving common areas clean & tidying up after yourself. Respect the privacy of other occupants & avoid making noise or disturbing their peace. No parties or large gatherings. No unauthorized overnight guests, our condo only sleeps 6. Respect safety rules. Guests receive the Bay View rules & regulations prior to arrival (via email from Big Fish) & are expected to follow all HOA (Home Owners Association) guidelines during your stay. Report any problems or damages caused during the stay immediately, so we can have the Big Fish maintenance team repair any damages prior to the next guest arrival.
