Heritage Spa House - Hot tub, Firepit, 7 Min Walk Downtown!
Be one of the first to experience The Heritage Spa House under new, professional management!
This charming 1900s coastal-inspired cottage is located just a 7-minute walk to downtown Grand Haven, making it easy to enjoy shops, restaurants, waterfront paths, and local events.
After a day downtown or at the beach, return home to enjoy the signature feature: "The Spa" — a fully enclosed, private hot tub pavilion designed for relaxation in every season.
The Spa & Outdoor Living Spaces:
The outdoor spaces are designed around the home's signature feature - a space guests naturally gravitate to.
• "The Spa" - a private, enclosed hot tub pavilion with a 6-person hot tub. Fully covered, screened, and tinted for privacy, featuring soft string lights. Your go-to place to relax in any season.
• Solo Stove fire pit in the backyard, perfect for gathering after a soak.
• Covered front porch with string lights for morning coffee or evening drinks.
• BBQ grill for easy outdoor meals.
These spaces make it easy to enjoy Grand Haven’s outdoor lifestyle while staying close to downtown - whether you're soaking in the private spa, gathering by the fire, or winding down on the porch.
Inside the Home:
The home blends historic charm with relaxed beach-house vibes.
You’ll find sandy white walls, natural wood textures, and soft ocean-blue accents throughout the living and dining areas. The layout is cozy and welcoming - ideal for gathering after a day at the beach.
Two living rooms (one downstairs and one upstairs) provide comfortable places to unwind, watch a movie, or spend time together.
The home sleeps up to 8 guests with a flexible layout that works well for families or groups:
• Two private bedrooms with Queen mattresses.
• Four single beds in semi-private mid-level and upstairs spaces (two in each), each with memory-foam mattresses - ideal for additional guests or children.
A Note on the Home’s Character:
This home was built in 1900, and its character is part of what makes it special.
As with many historic homes, there are a few charming quirks - gently wavy floors, a narrow staircase, and lower ceiling clearance in certain areas upstairs.
If you appreciate historic homes with character, you'll feel right at home here.
