The building overall is good but it needs a lot of maintenance and work. The entrace floor and dininng floor though cleaned didn't look like they were because it was old and cracked at some areas and needs to be replaced. There is a lot of room for about 8 to 10 people. The Kitchen area is nice. The master bedroom is good. Other rooms are decent. Downstrais bathroom is not that great. Other bathrooms are fine. One of the bathrooms flooded and my daughter was up trying to clean and it turned out there was a real issue that the management did take care of it the next day. Americans, keep in mind, there are no A/Cs but they did provide fans. But it was same all over London including the stores. Also, the bathrooms which had tubs were high, so be careful going in. There were garbage cans outside and were full and not picked up for few days and we noticed random people just throw garbage around. The area where this place is located should be good as it is the hub and very close to Harrods, but it felt like we were in Dubai! Honestly we were not happy about that. The management was helpful and was responsive. Overall the place was fine but for the money not so much and it needs a lot of upgrades.
