Fantastic beach house and wonderful host! Clean, comfortable and absolutely beautiful! Pool, hot tub, swings, outdoor kitchen, tons of outdoor seating and multiple peaceful places to enjoy your coffee and listen to the waves. If the beach is where you want to go, its literally just a short walk to get your toes in the sand. One of my favorite things was all of the large windows that open if you want to feel the ocean breeze. Absolutely a memorable vacation home! Can't wait to go back!

This house is amazing. Even better than the description and a fantastic location just a few steps to easy beach access. The host (Cathy) is wonderful, very responsive and proactive. At check-in, there was a power outage in the area and Cathy had already set up a portable A/C unit in the house to help cool it off before we checked in. The outage was brief, but her extra efforts really helped the check-in go smoothly and was more comfortable.The property has everything you need for a great beach vacation. From the kitchen and living space to the pool and outdoor areas, my family and I can't wait to go back!

One of the best houses we’ve stayed at for a family vacation! Cathy is an exceptional host and she was welcoming and attentive to us the entire stay. The house itself was immaculate and peaceful as soon as you stepped in. The rooms fit our family perfectly: our toddler loved the twin bed rooms, our newborn had a rocking chair in her room while my parents had their own room too! We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, swimming in the heated pool, watching the sunset from the top deck, enjoying the sunrise from the screen porch and the beach was just steps away. The neighborhood itself is quiet and this time of the year felt like we had a private beach because there was no one around. We’re already looking at next year and when we can rebook here. Thank you, Cathy for such a beautiful home!

This house was very clean and extremely well kept. The description did not do this listing justice. The residtential area is peaceful and just a short walk to the beach. The house is in-between two public beach access points which we used everyday. The two kitchens are a life saver especially the outdoor kitchen by the pool. The hot tub is on the second floor deck right off the living room. The bedrooms were good size and beds were comfortable. They provided everything you would need in your own house for daily living and then some. It also provided pool towels and beach equipment. Overall, we would highly recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay again.
