Home was beautiful! The kitchen and bathrooms were straight out of HGTV! Price was fantastic, a true blessing to find a place with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for our family trip! Hostess was great with communication and a pleasure to work with!

The house itself is beautifully renovated, and it's clear that a lot of care has gone into the property. Note there is a 3rd floor with an additional bathroom and 2 queen beds. We initially couldn’t find it due to the door being closed. The owner does control the heat and ac. Please reach out if you’d like the temperature adjust. They responded promptly. I do think it's important for future guests to be aware of the surrounding neighborhood. There are several vacant lots and homes that appear abandoned nearby, which was unexpected based on the listing and previous reviews. While we did not experience any safety issues during our stay, the surrounding area made us somewhat uncomfortable, particularly when arriving after dark. We did not feel safe to utilize the Qline during the day or at night. It’s a quick on/off of M-10. We ubered everywhere. Having a private driveway was definitely a plus. I would encourage future guests to familiarize themselves with the neighborhood before booking so they know what to expect.

The home is located near Midtown, just a few streets from the historic Boston-Edison District, a beautiful and well-known part of Detroit. I have lived in this area for many years, and renovating this home was a dream project of mine. Previous reviews may not have focused on the surrounding neighborhood because guests have often highlighted the home itself, its amenities, and its convenient proximity to downtown Detroit. We also own the adjacent lot next door, which provides additional space and separation from neighboring properties. For added peace of mind, the exterior of the home is monitored 24/7 by security cameras. We appreciate all feedback and strive to provide a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Very spacious, bright, well appointed in a very convenient Detroit location. The airport, downtown attractions ,shopping, restaurants all just minutes away.We were a family of 4 adults and one teenager and everyone had privacy and bath accomodations. This home represents one of VRBO's best options in Detroit
