Great price for off season and the beach access is directly across the street from Tiffanys. I enjoyed a very peaceful stay.

Very nice property really close to the beach, well kept but the only thing that kept me awake was a leaking faucet but other than that the description of the property is acurate. You are really close to everything from coffee shops to bars and is a quiet neighborhood so you will get some good rest after a bar night. Lol.
