We truly enjoyed our visit to your island!! Very close to the beach and the public access was great! Unfortunately, there has obviously been some water damage to the unit. The area in front of the bathroom sink and in the toilet/shower room had significant water damage and the floors were very weak!!! They need attention and fixing ASAP!! Also, the microwave is not attached well to the brackets and swings and rocks when using it, which was also concerning. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall room was nice and price was great only negative was haveing a bad hip the stairs was problematic and the elevator was broken. Would I stay here again if elevator was in working order yes. I have no negative comments for host or the room.

Host was very attentive. Made check in and check out stress free and easy. Property is right next to the beach and walkable distance to bar up the street. Quiet community. Very nice.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, the property had an unpleasant odor that made it feel unwelcoming. The overall cleanliness was disappointing, with dirty floors, walls, and baseboards throughout the unit.We also found several maintenance and safety concerns. The microwave was barely attached to the cabinet and appeared unsafe to use, so we chose not to use it. The shower faucet could not be adjusted for water temperature—it was essentially just on or off, making showers uncomfortable. The bed linens were dingy and had visible stains, which raised additional cleanliness concerns.Outside, the parking lot was littered with trash from the nearby dumpster, adding to the poor first impression. Overall, the property appeared to suffer from a lack of maintenance and upkeep. We hope these issues are addressed, as the property has potential but currently falls well below the standard we expected.
