»House by the sea 283« Our house has three bedrooms with double or two single beds and can accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor is the kitchen, open to the dining room and fully equipped, the living room with fireplace, a bedroom, bathroom and sauna. The bathroom has a spa bath and a separate shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms, the gallery and a small shower room with toilet.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh), water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) and gas (0.98 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Firewood, bed linen and towels can be ordered upon request.
200, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.
A pet is available for a surcharge. For booking a second pet, please contact your agency.

Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not allowed.
