We live here in Cushing a short distance from this rental. I've lived her my entire life. We both enjoy golf, gardening, jet skiing, and traveling. We originally purchased this house and had to completely renovate it and was planning to try out short term renting, ended up renting it to 1 couple for over 10 years, needless to say it became a difficult exit. So, this time we're trying out the short term route, originally planned and want to make more and more improvements as we go a long. So far, we've enjoyed making it a cozy and well equipped home away from home and we hope you enjoy your stay! Cheryl & John

Why they chose this property

Small town with a great family owned country store, many little farm stops near by and some nice walking trails. Uncle Al's food truck at the end of Hawthorn's point just past the Olsen House - (known for Andrew Wyeth's Christina's World). They also have live music some nights. You can also purchase lobsters down on the dock at the very end of Hawthorns point.

What makes this property unique

I've always loved this house - It's just really cute and homey.
