Cozy new apartment in Hot Springs, AR.

This property has everything you will need to be comfortable for a few nights and I’m always willing to accommodate you in any way. Located about 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and about the same distance to the Oaklawn Casino. No animals of any kind. No smoking inside, you’re more than welcome to smoke outside on porch please don’t throw cigarette butts in yard. You can have access to front yard, but not back yard. There is a dumpster at the end of driveway for trash if you need to get rid of some while you’re staying or you can leave trash for house keepers. There are Salt,Pepper, and basic seasonings in cupboard. I also have all pots, pans, spoons, forks, Knives, and utensils. Air fryer, Microwave, dishwasher, and Washer Dryer combo with pods tide pods and dishwasher pods. Also has hair dryer, Iron, and Ironing board. There is a first aid kit under the kitchen sink next to fire extinguisher. I will provide complementary bottled water, Sugar, Coffee Mate, and Coffee Pods for your stay, please only use bottled water in coffee pot. Also this is a duplex, so occasionally there will be people staying in the attached portion of the duplex.
