Upon entry, you’re greeted with carpeted stairs that are stained, sticky, and filthy. When I sat down on the stairs to prepare my luggage to climb these stairs, there was a sticky stain on my bottom as a result.
The unit itself was fine. However, the air conditioner was not working. The owner was notified and agreed to send somebody to repair it. That never happened.
I sent him a video of the Nest thermostat clearly showing that it was 80° in the unit and set for 73. He later tried to argue that his record showed when you get a chance that the unit was working properly and the temperature was fine. I resent him the video showing that it was not.
This unit was quite expensive for what it was. In spite of the high cost, he did not offer any consideration for the fact that there was no air-conditioning during my weekend stay.
