Escape to our peaceful, gated property with 22 acres to explore! Enjoy cozy nights around the fire pit or grilling up a feast on one of the two propane grills. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there`s plenty of room for everyone. Need space for an RV? We`ve got you covered with two hookups and plenty of covered parking. Located just a short drive from local attractions, it’s the perfect home base for your Texas getaway!

As you walk in you will enter the living room to the left and the kitchen and bar area straight ahead. If you pass the living room on the left your will enter the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a built in TV in the bedframe. Continue across the home past the kitchen and the dining table is on the right. You will have the second bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is at the end of the hall on the right with a queen size bed and the third bedroom is directly across the second bedroom with a queen size bed as well.

When you enter this home you immediately step into the living/sleeping space with a queen size bed. Enter into the full-size kitchen on the right with a small dining table for two. The bathroom is at the end of the kitchen with a stand alone shower.

There is a propane grill for the studio apartment and a another for the main house in the backyard. Propane is not provided for the grill or firepit.

There are 2 RV hookups with NO SEWAGE CONNECTION.

You have access to the entire property except for the barn to the right of the home. It is locked and off limits.
